The Good Wolf Project is a collaboration between Hapus Training and other socially minded people and organisations interested in mental health and wellbeing.

Our intention is to establish a social enterprise that provides mental health projects, training and support within the community at no, or very little cost to those that need it.

Our first project focuses on using fitness and exercise to improve mental health and wellbeing. We will be using a combination of positive mental health training and the creation of a supportive community to support participants to reach their exercise goals and maintain them in the long term.

If you are a personal trainer, are interested in qualifying as a personal trainer, a yoga, Pilates, tai chi teacher, cyclist or, runner who has an interest in using your fitness skills and interests in helping people with mental health challenges or you have mental health issues and would like to get involved please get in touch!!
